Overview: As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead and inspire our sales teams across branches, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and achievement of sales goals. Your leadership skills and strategic approach will drive the success of our branches at LINSY Philippines.

Collaboration with the Sales Manager
- Work hand in hand with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Provide regular updates and reports on team performance, sales activities, and customer feedback.
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

Sales Performance Management
- Monitor branch sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute sales plans and promotional activities.

Team Supervision and Staff Development
- Supervise, motivate, and support sales teams across multiple branches.
- Set clear goals and expectations for branch staff, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and share updates.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Sales Operations and Customer Service
- Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and maintains long-term relationships with clients.
- Address and resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Oversee daily sales floor operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.

Showroom Management and Coordination
- Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, organized, and aligned with merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Assist in implementing showroom promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to the Sales Manager.
- Analyze sales data and team performance metrics to recommend improvements.
- Provide insights and feedback to the Sales Manager to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably but not limited to retail or furniture industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with sales reporting tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaue, Cebu.
- Salary Range - PHP 25,000 - PHP 30,000
