Delivery times vary based on your location and product availability. Typically, on-hand items are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an update once your order has been shipped.

Pre-orders depend on product availability. If an item is unavailable due to stock levels abroad, the payment is non-refundable.
Don't worry, though! We will issue a shopping credit for the paid amount, valid for two months. Credits can only be used once and cannot be combined with other offers.

Our principal place of business is located at LRI Design Plaza 210 Nicanor Garcia, Bel-air II, Makati, Metro Manila. However, we currently operate primarily online to serve customers throughout the Philippines.
We have a showroom in Cebu located at BF Centerpoint, Subangdaku, Mandaue.
Additionally, we now have a space in SM Home, Basement, SM Megamall in Metro Manila.
