Overview: The Showroom Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This leadership role involves managing a team of sales associates, implementing effective sales strategies, and maintaining the showroom’s visual appeal to align with the company’s brand and goals.
Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve showroom targets and maximize revenue.
- Motivate, train, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Identify new opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing customer loyalty.
Customer Experience
- Ensure a premium shopping experience by maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
Showroom Operations
- Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, including opening, closing, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, with well-maintained displays that reflect current promotions and trends.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure product availability.
Team Management
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to uphold company values and standards.
- Schedule and manage team shifts to ensure optimal floor coverage.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages growth and success.
Reporting and Analysis
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on showroom performance and customer insights.
- Implement strategies based on customer feedback to improve showroom operations and sales.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in furniture, home décor, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivation and performance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising principles.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
- Salary Range - PHP 25,000 - PHP 30,000
