Showroom Sales Manager

Overview: The Showroom Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This leadership role involves managing a team of sales associates, implementing effective sales strategies, and maintaining the showroom’s visual appeal to align with the company’s brand and goals.

Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve showroom targets and maximize revenue.
  • Motivate, train, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Identify new opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing customer loyalty.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure a premium shopping experience by maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.

Showroom Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, including opening, closing, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, with well-maintained displays that reflect current promotions and trends.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure product availability.

Team Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to uphold company values and standards.
  • Schedule and manage team shifts to ensure optimal floor coverage.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages growth and success.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on showroom performance and customer insights.
  • Implement strategies based on customer feedback to improve showroom operations and sales.

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in furniture, home décor, or a related industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivation and performance.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  • Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising principles.

  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools is an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City.

  • Salary Range - PHP 25,000 - PHP 30,000
