1. Return Eligibility
- You can return items within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact, and should not exhibit any signs of use, unless the reason for return is due to product defectiveness.
- Please provide proof of purchase when initiating a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Assembled or modified items
- Failure to follow LINSY Philippines’ recommendations regarding the product's usage, maintenance, and other instructions provided
- Items without a receipt or proof of purchase
- All sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Return Process
- Get in touch with our Customer Experience Team by sending an email to customer@linsyph.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return.
- Subject Line: Returns [Order Number]
- Provide the following information:
- Your name
- Your order number
- What’s up? Tell us about the issue.
- Any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary return shipping labels.
4. Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was damaged upon delivery. Please ensure that items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method for added security.
- LINSY Philippines is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
5. Inspection and Refund
- Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- If the item is in acceptable condition, we'll process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the return.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. The new order will be processed separately from the refund.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- Refer to Return Process (item #3) for the full return process.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
8. In-Store Returns
- Items purchased online can also be returned to any LINSY Philippines store. Please bring your receipt and the item in its original packaging.
- However, items picked up in-store should be inspected in the presence of our representative. Failure to inspect will void any options for returns, exchanges or parts replacement.
